Oxygen and Water are Vital to our survival. Magnesium is an important factor too, most of us don't add it to our diet, which can lead us to have low energy, aching joints poor sleep.
Having Magnesium helps improve and maintain your health. I want to tell you about a cheap way of getting it into your body without spending a fortune.
Purchase a bag of Magnesium flakes and a plastic spray bottle. Then dilute a 50/50 mix of flakes and warm water that measures half the bottle, add that into the bottle, and the remaining half add additional water, then simply spray on joints or stomach after washing to allow the diluted mix to absorb through the skin by rubbing the solution into the skin. You may find it stings slightly but this will go away. You can always add more water to the solution if this continues. I think you'll agree that this is a much cheaper and effective way to get Magnesium into your system.
What's not to love about Vitamin C? It Supports your Immune System. It's a strong Antioxidant that can strengthen your body's defenses. When these Free Rsadical accumulate, they can promote a state known as oxidative stress, which has been linked to many chronic diseases.
Vitamin C may help combat high blood pressure, protect your memory and thinking, as well as you aging. It helps prevent iron deficiencies by improving iron absorption. The body cannot produce Vitamin C and it needs it to be added to your diet. Ascorbic acid is a great way to get it into your system
